51st AIDP National Congress

Future, sustainability and development are the key words that AIDP (Italian Association for Human Resources Management) puts at the center of its Congress 2022.

New forms of organization, mismatch between demand and supply of skills, new labor policies, technological and digital development, diversity & inclusion, reconfiguration of markets, globalization of connections - these are just some of the issues that have accelerated in recent years to such an extent that a return to any form of old normality or pre-existing stabilization can be ruled out.

The Congress will be held October 7 and 8 at the FICO convention center.
