Davis Cup Finals

From September 12 to 17, Unipol Arena in Casalecchio di Reno will welcome thousands of tennis fans from around the world for the second year in a row for one of the final rounds of the Davis Cup, the world's top team competition in men's tennis, restricted to national teams.
Italy, led by captain Filippo Volandri, will be among the four teams involved in Bologna, along with Canada, Sweden and Chile. Up for grabs are two places for the quarterfinals, which will be played in November in Malaga. The schedule of matches follows:
• Tuesday, 12, 3 p.m.: Sweden vs. Chile
• Wednesday 13, 3 p.m.: Canada vs. Italy
• Thursday 14, 3 p.m.: Canada vs. Sweden
• Friday 15, 3 p.m.: Italy vs. Chile
• Saturday 16, 3 p.m.: Canada vs. Chile
• Sunday 17, 3 p.m.: Italy vs Sweden
This is a major international sporting event in the Emilia-Romagna Sport Valley, which Bologna will continue to host for another four years, until 2026.
