EncountER returns to Bologna, with educational tours and a b2b workshop at Palazzo Re Enzo

One year after the success of the second edition, encountER, the first B2B workshop dedicated to MICE in Emilia-Romagna, is back. The event, organized by I'Meetaly, involved the territories of Bologna and Modena from February 15 to 18, 2025, offering a unique opportunity for networking and territorial discovery.
Qualified international operators specialized in the sector had the opportunity to explore the MICE potential of the region through an intense program of visits to exclusive venues, hotels and museums, as well as tours and immersive experiences related to motors and gastronomy - two distinctive pillars of Emilia-Romagna in the panorama of events.
The discovery journey began with a tour of the heart of Bologna, which touched iconic places such as Piazza Maggiore and the Archiginnasio. Site visits then led buyers to exceptional locations such as Palazzo Pepoli and Salotto Boschi. On the experiential front, participants had the opportunity to visit the Ferrari Museum in Maranello and the Horacio Pagani Museum for an immersion in the world of motors, while for the food sector the must-visit stops were the Balsamic Vinegas cellar Acetaia Gambigliani Zoccoli and the Parmgiano Reggiano factory Caseificio 4 Madonne.
On February 17, Palazzo Re Enzo served instead as the setting for the exclusive B2B workshop, connecting international buyers and top local suppliers face-to-face, including of course our team. The day ended with a sophisticated social dinner at I Portici Hotel, in the charming Salone delle Feste, a perfect moment to consolidate relationships and exchange experiences in an elegant atmosphere.
Once again, encountER confirmed itself as a not-to-be-missed event for MICE in Emilia-Romagna, offering a winning mix of business, territory discovery and new collaboration opportunities.
