The first edition of Suppliers eXchange Buyers comes to Bologna in August.

From August 27 to 29, Bologna will host the first edition of Suppliers eXchange Buyers, an exclusive B2B workshop designed to foster networking and business opportunities between suppliers and buyers from across Europe, thanks to an innovative format.
The event is organized by H2H Reps, a French boutique agency representing DMCs and hotels at an international level, with the support of the Bologna Convention Bureau.
An Innovative Format to Connect Buyers and Suppliers
Suppliers eXchange Buyers stands out for its unique matching mechanism: each supplier will bring along a buyer they have worked with over the past year. During the workshop, suppliers will "exchange" their buyers, generating new business opportunities and fostering valuable commercial relationships.
To ensure the highest level of efficiency and quality in connections, the event is limited to 30 selected suppliers and 30 buyers. Suppliers are unique and do not compete with one another: there will be only one DMC per country, one five-star and one four-star hotel per city, one venue per city, and one distinctive product per geographical area. Buyers, invited directly by the suppliers, come from different countries than the suppliers themselves and represent a qualified mix of associations, event planners, and corporate buyers.
Three Days of Business, Culture, and Networking
In addition to B2B meetings, the program includes exclusive networking and social moments. Highlights on the agenda include guided tours to explore the city, a special visit and gala dinner at Palazzo Pepoli, and immersive experiences in the world of local food.
Suppliers eXchange Buyers will be a unique opportunity to introduce Bologna to new MICE professionals and reinforce its role as a strategic destination for the sector, while also serving as an important occasion for growth and networking for all participating suppliers and buyers.
