DMOs from across Italy in Bologna for CityDNA 2024 pre-event

From April 24 to 27, Palazzo Re Enzo will host the 2024 edition of the International Conference and General Assembly of the City Destinations Alliance, Europe's leading association for sharing knowledge and forward-looking thinking for destinations operating in tourism. The event will bring over 200 tourism professionals from Europe's most important cities and destinations to Bologna.
To inaugurate the international conference, Palazzo Isolani will host an exclusive seminar dedicated to all Italian destinations that are exploring organized tourism management or for those wishing to start it. The appointment is April 24 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Destination Management in Italy: experiences and perspectives
What is the current state of Destination Management Organization (DMO) in Italy? How to approach it? What opportunities and challenges does the future hold?
The seminar will investigate these and other questions, sharing experiences and best practices of active DMOs, and examine the tools needed for effective promotion and management of local tourism.
