Since 2004 Bologna has offered a network of chefs ready to propose gastronomic experiences designed for tourists, residents and fans of typical Italian cuisine.
Cesarine.com brings together the oldest and largest Italian network of home cooks and chefs, founded in 2004 in Bologna with the mission of spreading and handing down the typical local gastronomic heritage. In 2014 the community became a digital platform and today brings together about 1,500 enthusiasts from every Italian region. Every year Cesarine and Cesarini open the doors of their homes to more than 50,000 travelers - international and domestic - to offer cooking classes, lunches and dinners, and market tours.
Cesarine also organizes team building and tailor-made corporate dinners, both in their homes and at other locations, show cooking activities, and visits to wineries and local producers. Cesarine.com is owned by Home Food Srl Società Benefit, founded by tech entrepreneur Davide Maggi.
