Bologna Welcome S.r.l. invites you to carefully read these general conditions (the "Generale Conditions") of use of the Site www.bolognaconventionbureau.it (hereinafter, the "Site") before any use of it.

In the event that any of the foregoing General Conditions are declared invalid or unenforceable under applicable law the resulting invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the valid and enforceable provision provided by law that reflects as closely as possible the meaning of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement for use of the Site shall remain in full force and effect between the Parties.
