Villa Certani Vittori Venenti is a 17th-century villa located in Vedrana di Budrio, in the province of Bologna. Renovated in 2018, it is a perfect location for events and is easily accessible: it is only 15 minutes (17 km) from the highway A14 exit (Bologna Interporto) and 18 minutes (20 km) from the highway A14 (Castel San Pietro).
The villa was commissioned by the Marquis Giuseppe Carlo Ratta at the end of the Seventeenth Century. The villa, which has been built in the Bolognese countryside supposedly to combine the needs of the senator’s family. The goal was to create a villa that would have enhanced the prestige of the family and at the same time be functional for working the nearby farm land.
